Terms of Service

The terms under which Waggle is offered.

1. Acceptance of terms

2. The service

3. Accounts and workspaces

4. Acceptable use

TODO: Prohibited activities: abuse, scraping, illegal content, circumventing security.

5. Your content

TODO: You own what you create in Waggle. You grant us a license to host and display it to your team members and users.

6. AI features

Waggle includes AI-assisted features (Pollen search and assistance, Nectar spell-check and writing lints, the continuity checker). By using these features:

  • You retain full ownership of your content. Nothing you write becomes the property of Waggle or any AI provider.
  • We will not use your content to train AI models, ours or any third party’s. We require all AI subprocessors to bind to no-retention, no-training contracts.
  • No member of our team reads your writing. Access is limited to you and the people you invite to your workspace.
  • AI features are tool-driven, not autonomous. They operate only on inputs you provide or on workspace areas you have explicitly enabled them for.
  • You may disable any or all AI features in your workspace settings at any time without affecting the rest of the service.
  • Aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics may be collected for billing and reliability purposes. These never include your content.
  • If we materially change how AI features process your content, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email and in-app announcement.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

8. Workspace time tracking

TODO: Business workspace owners may enable time tracking. Employees are notified when this is enabled and may export their own tracked data at any time.

9. Intellectual property

10. Termination

TODO: You may cancel any time. We may terminate for violation of these terms. Data export on termination.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
